12 second press time (optional) after peel the tranfer press for 3 second more with Teflon sheet. 

Medium to heavy Pressure as needed, Cold Peel

Use Teflon paper or any cover over this transfer when pressing

Commercial style heat press is highly recommended

These transfers can be used on garments that are 100% cotton or Polyester and cotton/poly blends.
